UroLuxe uses a telehealth-first model for initial consultations. During this visit, you will meet directly with Dr. Adams, a pelvic floor specialist, to review your symptoms, medical history, and goals for treatment.
This approach allows us to evaluate your condition efficiently and determine what type of care you may need before scheduling in-person exams, testing, or procedures. Telehealth helps ensure that your in-person time is used thoughtfully and only when necessary.
-
Yes. All patients who require an examination, testing, or procedures will meet Dr. Adams in person.
Telehealth is used as a first step to understand your symptoms and develop an initial treatment plan. If an in-person evaluation or procedure is recommended, Dr. Adams will coordinate that care directly with you
-
While we are working toward establishing a permanent clinic location in the future, for now UroLuxe partners with other practices to temporarily use their specialized medical clinic space.
This allows patients to receive expert care in a professional clinical environment while maintaining the flexibility of our telehealth model

All new consultations at UroLuxe are conducted by secure video telehealth. During this visit, you will meet directly with Dr. Adams to review your symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals.
Our easy-to-use telehealth platform uses HIPAA-compliant technology designed to protect your privacy and the security of your medical information. The visit takes place through a secure video connection.
Telehealth also allows UroLuxe to efficiently evaluate and triage each patient’s needs. This approach helps us reduce unnecessary delays and minimize waitlists, allowing patients faster access to a pelvic floor specialist.
If you are not comfortable participating in a telehealth consultation, UroLuxe may not be the right fit for you.
-
Yes. We will need to schedule at least one telehealth consultation to re-establish care. We can then resume the in-office procedures you were previously receiving like bladder Botox and pessary care.

Some patients have reached out after experiencing interruptions in their care following Dr. Adams’ departure from her previous practice. Dr. Adams wants patients to know that her abrupt departure from that organization was not her choice and was not related to any patient care incident or professional misconduct on her part.
Because the separation occurred suddenly, many patients were understandably left without clear guidance about how to continue their care. Dr. Adams deeply regrets the disruption this caused and understands how frustrating and stressful it can be when medical care is unexpectedly interrupted. Especially in such an underserved area like Urogynecology.
Dr. Adams remains committed to ensuring that patients who need specialized pelvic floor care have access to thoughtful, expert treatment.
The creation of UroLuxe reflects Dr. Adams’ commitment to building a practice designed around direct access to a pelvic floor specialist and a more patient-centered model of care.
If you were previously under Dr. Adams’ care and would like to reconnect once UroLuxe begins seeing patients, you are warmly encouraged to join the contact list so you can be notified when appointments become available

UroLuxe is currently in the process of contracting with insurance companies, which is an important step before we can begin scheduling patient visits. Credentialing and insurance contracting can take several months to complete, even after all applications have been submitted.
We appreciate your patience during this process and are working to finalize these agreements as quickly as possible so patients can begin scheduling consultations
